Hello Microsoft Support,

My Microsoft account was hacked about 3 days ago.

My original account email was:

[Moderator note: Removed PII]@gmail.com

Another email I used with this account is:

[Moderator note: Removed PII]@gmail.com

The attacker changed my account information without my permission. I received official Microsoft security emails showing that:

  • My primary alias was changed.
  • New security information was added.
  • My old security information was removed.

The unauthorized email added by the attacker is:

[Moderator note: Removed PII]@helovies.com

I tried the automated recovery form, but it was rejected because I could not provide enough information.

I am the original owner of this account and I have screenshots of Microsoft's security emails proving these unauthorized changes.

Please help me recover my account through a manual review.

Thank you.

    Hello Fuad Qweider

Please note that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to hide your personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide any personal or organizational information the next time you post an error or other details to protect personal data.

I’m sorry you’re dealing with this. I understand how concerning it is to receive Microsoft security notifications showing that your primary alias and security information were changed without your authorization.

To help narrow this down, could you confirm:

    • Are you still signed in to the affected Microsoft account anywhere, such as Outlook, OneDrive, Microsoft Store, or another browser/device?

If you are still signed in somewhere, please do not sign out. An existing signed-in session may be the only remaining way to review or secure the account.

Since the automated recovery form was already rejected, only submit it again if you can provide new or more accurate information that was not included previously. Repeating the same information typically does not change the result. You can see this official guide to help you fill out the form more accurately: Help with the Microsoft account recovery form - Microsoft Support

Also, please follow Microsoft’s official guidance for a hacked or compromised account: How to recover a hacked or compromised Microsoft account - Microsoft Support

Please kindly note that this is a public user-to-user forum, I do not have the ability, tools to unblock, recover accounts or bypass security. Only Microsoft’s official recovery process can restore access.
