How can an independent news publisher apply for Microsoft Start (MSN) Partner Hub?

Hello Microsoft Team,

I am the owner and publisher of Chicas+ Magazine, an independent digital news publication.

We publish original news and editorial content on current events, technology, sports, entertainment, lifestyle, and international news.

Our publication already has:

  • A verified custom domain.
  • A valid RSS feed.
  • Google Search Console verification.
  • Google Publisher Center configured.
  • Regular publication of original news articles.

When trying to register for MSN Partner Hub, we found that the platform requires an invitation code.

I would like to know if Chicas+ Magazine can be reviewed for inclusion in the Microsoft Start / MSN publisher program or if there is an official application process available for independent news publishers.
