If you rescheduled your DP-600 exam and it is no longer visible in your account, try the following steps:

    1. Check your exam scheduling account
      • Sign in to your Microsoft Learn profile.
      • Go to your Certifications Dashboard and check the Appointments / Exam history section.
      • Make sure you are signed in with the same Microsoft account that was used to schedule the exam.
    2. Check your confirmation email
      • Look for the rescheduling confirmation email from the exam provider (such as Pearson VUE).
      • Confirm that the new appointment date (27 July) was successfully processed.
    3. Clear browser cache or try another browser
      • Sometimes the dashboard may not update immediately.
    4. Contact Microsoft Certification Support
      • If the exam appointment is still missing, contact Microsoft Certification Support and provide:
        • Your Microsoft account email.
        • Exam name (DP-600).
        • Original appointment details.
        • Rescheduled exam date (27 July).
        • Any confirmation or case numbers.

Do not schedule a new exam unless support confirms the existing appointment was cancelled, as this may create duplicate bookings.
