Microsoft for Startups verification failed and Get Program Support option is missing

Hello,

my Microsoft for Startups verification failed automatically, but I was not provided with a reason, a document upload option, or an appeal process.

The portal only shows:

“We couldn’t verify your startup. We’ll switch you to a pay-as-you-go subscription once your original $1,000 in credits run out or expire.”

I operate a registered German sole proprietorship and can provide the relevant business registration, tax documentation, proof of domain ownership, and other verification documents.

The documentation refers to a “Your Microsoft Team” section and a “Get program support” option, but neither is visible in my portal.

I also tried the Azure Subscription Management support flow. However, the available categories only lead to generic self-help articles and do not allow me to create a support request or upload documents.

Could a Microsoft moderator please advise:

  1. how I can request a manual verification review,
  2. where I can securely submit the required documents,
  3. which documentation is accepted for a German sole proprietorship without a commercial register number?

I can provide account identifiers, screenshots, and business documents privately to an authorized Microsoft employee.

Thank you!
