I’m on step 3 of 4 in installing Office 365 on my MacBook Air. After proving I’m a human, I get a green Success check. It won’t allow me to advance after hit the blue Save button. What do I need to do?

    Hi, KTP

The green check means the verification completed, but the browser session is not submitting the result correctly. This is usually a webpage issue rather than a problem with the MacBook Air or the Microsoft 365 license.

Here are some suggestions you can try:

Close the current browser completely, then open a Private Window in Safari and repeat the process. A private session avoids stored cookies or cached data that may be blocking the Save button.

If it still does not continue, in Safari select Safari > Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Remove All. Also confirm that JavaScript is enabled under Security, then try again.

Temporarily turn off any VPN, ad blocker, or content-blocking extension, or try another updated browser.

You can also bypass that page by signing in at Microsoft 365 Apps with the account linked to the subscription. Select Install apps, download the installer, then open Microsoft Office installer.pkg from the Mac’s Downloads folder.

Do not purchase Microsoft 365 again.

Thank you for your patience in reading, I hope this information has been helpful to you.
