Microsoft Game purchase not received

I bought a 10 Euro coin pack for path of exile 2, I´m not current playing on Xbox, on my PC since im on vacation but my path of exile account is linked to my xbox account so I should have gotten the coins, it´s been a couple of minutes and there´s nothing on my account

I understand how frustrating it can be when you purchased a 10 Euro coin pack for Path of Exile 2 through Microsoft, but the currency has not appeared in your game account yet. 

Before proceeding, could you please clarify:      

• Was the purchase made through the Microsoft Store on your Windows PC or through another Microsoft platform? 
• Can you see the transaction as completed in your Microsoft account order history?
