My another email address ******@hotmail.com was locked out. I have tried all the methods including submitting the recovery form online. But no of them worked. I received email message from Microsoft "We recently received a request to recover your Microsoft account bi********@hotmail.com. Unfortunately, we have determined that the information you provided was not sufficient for us to validate your account ownership". The email account ******@hotmail.com is very important to me. I really need to recover it.

Unfortunately, the account recovery web form is the only option to recover the account. Providing as much information as possible will increase the chances of being verified through the automated process.

You may check these guidance notes on how to fill out the form through this link: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/guidance-notes-for-the-microsoft-account-recovery-form-4dd8fef1-33d2-4fbe-9352-66127ab9b50e

If the account recovery webform doesn't work, I'm afraid there is nothing that can be done to recover the account.

    Best regards,

    Thank you for the information.

If you do not have any linked verification methods for a password reset, I'm afraid the only way to recover/unblock the account is through the account recovery web form: https://account.live.com/acsr

You'll need to keep trying until you're verified by Microsoft, and you can do this up to 2 times every 24 hours.

If your Microsoft account recovery request was not granted, please review this link for tips on improving your chances of a successful recovery: https://support.microsoft.com/office/dc56c3e3-dff0-4ed5-8edb-60290eea6b53

Please be advised that Microsoft Support will not be able to grant you access to your account.

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Just to confirm, did you have two-factor authentication (2FA) active on the account?

If yes, are you able to access the second factor of authentication?

Important: If you have an active 2FA, ACSR will inform you that your recovery request will be ignored. If you only receive a message that the recovery request is either successful or indicates insufficient information, this means that 2FA is disabled.

Also, may I know when was the last time you successfully signed in to your account?

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
