Microsoft Docx doesn't export to PDF, third party options also fail to work properly

Hi,

I am trying to convert a simple Word-Document containing this unicode letter "•" and the font 'Amasis MT Pro Black' and both don't get recognized (!). It's even more shocking than Excel not exporting properly. It seems like the whole Office is broken or at least the "save as" functionality (when wanting to change to another format, because of compatibility issues).

I really need these fonts for my online business and showing a dot as Å is very unprofessional for a paid app.

How to replicate: simply try to save a Word as PDF (still a preferred format even though it's hackable).
How to do simple marketing tasks like designing a homestyle when PDF is failing?
I am going over to Inkscape even though they have buttons as large as a few pixels.

MS Print to PDF is the only workable option. Please think about removing / decluttering the "save as" wizards to avoid misclicking

Microsoft is not hearing about your problems from what you post here. You are discussing a problem with your fellow users here. We can give good advice about how to work with Word as it is and give suggestions for making it work properly.

Designers and their supervisors do see feedback. (You will almost certainly not get a direct response to that feedback but they do see it.)
