windows security won't open on windows 11

hi everyone
gonna keep it short
for a while now, i have been unable to open windows security in any way.
when i open it from search bar, all i get is a blank window with windows security logo
and when i open it through the settings i just get nothing after the click
i've tried countless of solution i found online, including reinstalling windows through the recovery options ("fix problems using windows update" to be specific)
i'm open to try anything now, except for a full reinstallation through a flash drive (cuz i don't have one)

Please do the following:

  1. Download sechealthfix_windows_11.reg and move it to the C:\ root.
  2. Download AdvancedRun from Nirsoft and run it.
  3. Using AdvancedRun, start Regedit.exe as TrustedInstaller. (see screenshot: https://ibb.co/gZgKmrR1)
  4. From the File menu in Regedit, choose Import..
  5. Dismiss the following error message dialog by clicking OK: enter image description here
  6. Browse to C:\ and import the REG file (sechealthfix_windows_11.reg) you downloaded in Step 1.
  7. Restart Windows.

    Hi,

    Since you've already tried repairing Windows using Windows Update, this sounds more like the Windows Security app or its related services are corrupted rather than a simple settings issue.

    I'd recommend checking the following:

    1. Open services.msc and make sure the Security Centre service is running.
    2. Open PowerShell (Admin) and run:
    Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | Reset-AppxPackage

    If Reset-AppxPackage isn't available on your version of Windows, try:

    Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.SecHealthUI -AllUsers | ForEach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
    1. Run these commands in Command Prompt (Admin):
    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
sfc /scannow
    1. If the issue persists, test in a new local Windows user account. If Windows Security opens there, the problem is likely limited to your current user profile.

    Note:-
    Hey Buddy, you must download third-party software or a batch file, or any cracked version that has a bat file to stop windows firewall therefor it coming this way

    If this command doesn't work, then the same as Windows Update also can't solve this problem

    Final solution: reinstall Windows; your problem will definitely be solved

    Hi, thank you for replying. Since the issue persists, I suggest doing an in-place upgrade, which will upgrade the device to the latest version and repair all issues without deleting any files.

    This happens when there is a corrupted file in the Windows Defender folder or a reconfiguration is needed. First, you need to check if you have a work or school account:

    Open Settings> Click Accounts> Click Access work or school, then disconnect the account there. If no account or are already disconnected, and you have the same issue, follow the steps below:

    Note: Before doing the steps, I suggest completely uninstalling the third-party antivirus first.

    Method 1. Reinstall Windows Defender

    Open the registry, then go to:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Defender

    Then delete the Windows Defender folder, restart the PC, and recheck it.
