My laptop cannot detect the GO 3 speaker, while my Samsung mobile phone can.

    Hi Atef El Shitany,

Since your Go 3 speaker can still be detected by another device, the speaker itself appears to be functioning normally. This points more toward a Bluetooth pairing or driver issue on the laptop side.

As an additional step, try refreshing the Bluetooth device list completely:

    1. Turn off the Go 3.
    2. On the laptop, go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices and remove any previously paired or unused Bluetooth audio devices.
    3. Restart the laptop.
    4. Put the speaker back into pairing mode and search for it again.

If the speaker still does not appear, open Device Manager, expand Bluetooth, and temporarily uninstall the Bluetooth adapter (do not remove driver files if prompted), then restart Windows so the adapter is re-detected automatically.

If the issue continues, please share the laptop model and the Bluetooth adapter shown in Device Manager. That information can help determine whether a manufacturer-specific Bluetooth driver update is needed.

    Hi,

Do you have any other Bluetooth device connected to your laptop? Can they be connected properly?
If possible, can you try to connect a new Bluetooth device if you can manage to connect it?

In the meantime, try turning off both of the device and then go to your Bluetooth windows settings > Add click add Bluetooth and other device and wait for it to show.

I look forward to your response.

    Stay Safe!
