Microsoft sign in window keeps closing

Question

I'm trying to sign in with my other email in the Xbox app (or the Microsoft store) and when I click the option (Use a different account Email, phone, or Skype) the window opens with a blank screen and then closes. When I use my current email it works perfectly fine. This also happens in the Microsoft store it does the same thing it for both emails this time, with the window opening then closing. Please someone help me

Disclaimer: Let’s try performing an in-place install or in-place upgrade which will refresh your Windows files and operating system without removing files or applications. if you're using the administrator account that might be the cause

• Go to Settings > App.
• Click the ellipsis next to the Microsoft Store and the Xbox app > Advanced Settings.
• Select "Reset".
