Increase the default Tokens per Minute Rate Limit of Phi-4-multimodal-instruct model

Currently the default Tokens per Minute Rate Limit is 19K for Phi-4-multimodal-instruct model. We are receiving error 429 rate limit exceeded.

However, when tried to increase it via form - https://customervoice.microsoft.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=v4j5cvGGr0GRqy180BHbR4xPXO648sJKt4GoXAed-0pUMEZWMDJZSFlVTjA1UzNNUEZWQUxWM09PTiQlQCN0PWcu
The form doesn't have the specified model mentioned in the dropdown list.

Do let us know how to approach.
