    Hi John Bellas

Please reply with only these details if the issue continues

    • Do new test emails appear anywhere in Outlook.com, such as Junk Email, Deleted Items, Archive, or another folder?
    • Are there any rules or forwarding addresses in Outlook.com?
    • Is your Microsoft storage full?
    • Do senders receive a bounce-back or delivery failure message?

     Meanwhile, follow these steps:

    1) Check for rules that may be moving or deleting new mail

    • Sign in to Outlook.com.
    • Go to Settings > Mail > Rules.
    • Delete or turn off any rule you do not recognize, especially rules that move mail to Junk Email, Deleted Items, Archive, RSS Feeds, or another folder.
    • Send a test message from your other account again.

    2) Check forwarding

    • In Outlook.com, go to Settings > Mail > Forwarding and IMAP.
    • Make sure forwarding is disabled, or remove any forwarding address you do not recognize.
    • Select Save.

    3) Check Junk Email, Blocked senders, and Safe senders

Since you are receiving junk mail but not regular Inbox mail, check whether good senders were blocked or are being treated as junk.

    • Go to Settings > Mail > Junk email.
    • Under Blocked senders and domains, remove any trusted company, person, or domain that should be allowed.
    • Under Safe senders and domains, add important senders or domains you trust.
    • Open Junk Email, find any legitimate message, and mark it as Not junk.

    4) Check mailbox/cloud storage

If Microsoft cloud storage is full, Outlook.com may not be able to receive new mail.

    • In Outlook.com, check whether there is any storage warning.
    • If storage is full, delete unneeded emails and empty Deleted Items and Junk Email.
    • After freeing space, ask important senders to send the message again.

    5) Secure the account settings that may still be compromised

    • Run a full antivirus or malware scan on the device before changing more account settings.
    • Go to Microsoft account security.
    • Review Recent activity and mark anything you do not recognize.
    • Confirm that your recovery email address and phone number are yours.
    • Turn on two-step verification if it is not already enabled.

    6) Search for missing mail in other folders

    • In Outlook.com, check Inbox, Junk Email, Deleted Items, Archive, RSS Feeds, and any custom folders.
    • In Deleted Items, select Recover items deleted from this folder and restore anything legitimate if it appears.
    • Ask one trusted sender to resend a test email after rules, forwarding, and blocked sender lists are cleaned.

Please tell me how it goes. If the problem persists, please don’t hesitate to reply to this thread and I will be happy to help. Have a lovely day!
