Hello! I need to screen share with someone as my spreadsheet is not working with the formulas set up. I need to fix this asap.

Without more information I can only hazard a guess – Has the workbook been edited by someone using Excel for Windows? If so they may have applied a form of Protection [Range] not available in Excel for Mac. If so you need to contact that user to have them supply an unprotected copy of the workbook or at least provide the necessary password if you have access to Excel for Windows.
