Rendering issues Between Outlook Classic and New version

We are observing multiple issues between classic and new outlook email.
alignment, Extra spacing.

Can you please guide or direct to fix the solution.?

Based on your description, the alignment and extra spacing differences may be related to how emails are rendered in Classic Outlook versus the New Outlook for Windows. Since the New Outlook uses a modern web-based rendering engine, formatted content may not always display exactly the same way across both Outlook versions.

To help isolate and resolve the issue, please try the following:

1/ Check Outlook spacing settings

• In Classic Outlook, go to View and check whether the Use Tighter Spacing option is available.
• Enabling this setting may reduce extra spacing in the message list and compose areas.

2/ Review paragraph formatting (if the issue occurs while composing emails)

• Select the affected text.
• Navigate to Format Text > Paragraph Settings.
• Review the settings under Indents and Spacing, then adjust the spacing and alignment as needed.

3/ Check signatures or HTML templates

• If the issue is related to email signatures or HTML templates, try recreating them directly in the Outlook version you are using.

4/ Compare behavior in Outlook on the web
