I want MS 365 Premium plus Copilot MAX but I got MS 365 Family plus MS 365 Premium. I was trying to purchase Copilot MAX. Can you refund the MS 365 Family Subscription please. I had the charge investigate a few weeks ago but was not refunded.

    Hello 7ERobinson-4209,

I’m sorry you purchased the wrong subscription and have not yet received a refund.

Since Microsoft 365 Family appears to have been purchased directly from Microsoft, sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/services/microsoft365using the account that made the purchase. Find Microsoft 365 Family, select Manage > Cancel (or Upgrade or Cancel), and follow the prompts. The cancellation page will confirm whether the purchase qualifies for a refund. Please also note that not every cancellation is refundable. You can refer to this official article for detailed steps: How to get a refund on a Microsoft subscription.

If you need further support, please contact Microsoft Support directly and ask the billing team to review the Microsoft 365 Family order and the previous charge investigation. As this is a user-to-user community forum, we can only offer guidance and cannot access the account or process a refund on your behalf.

Here's how to reach out to the Support Team (live chat):

    1.  Go to: https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact
    2. In the search box, enter a short description of your issue.
    3. Hit "Get Help"
    4. Scroll down and select Sign in to contact support for further assistance (please sign in using a personal Microsoft account). Then follow the on-screen prompts to reach Support Team.

Tip: Support chat availability may vary by country/region, product, and support hours. If you can't get in touch with a chat agent right away, trying again later or at a different time may help.

Hopefully your concerns will soon be addressed. Thank you so much for your patience!

    Best regards.
