I have a document that I need to download and send into an insurance company. When I download it as a word document or as a PDF, it is missing parts of the document.

Could you perhaps upload a screen shot of the document appearance so that we can have a closer look? Indicate which specific portions of content that are missing in the converted / downloaded document.

You may also post a link to a sample document in Word format, again explaining which parts are only visible online.

In anything you share, whether it is a screen shot or a downloadable file, you should of course remove any sensitive content that you do not want to share.

    Hi Anna,

For the best possible assistance, could you provide more detailed information about this situation? I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

    • Where is the document stored/created (SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Docs, Adobe, Docusign, etc.)?
    • Do you know what is the original file type before downloading (.docx, .docx, HTML page, scanned document, etc.)?
    • Please share more details about what is missing exactly (if possible, some screenshots would be the best)
      • Is it an entire page missing, or just specific objects/contents like texts, images, headers/footers, etc.?
      • Are the missing parts always the same or does it vary each time?
      • Are the missing parts the same with both Word and PDF download or they are different?
    • Is the missing content visible before the download?

Please understand that my initial response may not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

Thank you once again for your understanding and cooperation. I look forward to hearing from you.
