Why can we not adjust the columns while looking in "Tracking" in a meeting invite?

Good day!

When I look at the Tracking option inside a meeting invite, the full names and emails sometimes partially hidden because the column width is very small. The flip side to that is the Attendance and Response columns are huge for no reason. Even if I adjust to full screen on the tracking, they are still hidden.

Can you just make the default Name Column bigger or at least allow us to adjust the widths manually when needed?

    Dear @McPheeters, Seth,

Good day! Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

Based on your description, I understand that when viewing the Tracking tab of a meeting invitation in Outlook, attendee names and email addresses may be partially hidden because the Name column is too narrow, while columns such as Attendance and Response appear disproportionately wide. You would like to know why the column widths cannot be adjusted manually and whether there is a way to increase the default width of the Name column or customize the layout for better visibility.

At this time, the column widths in the Tracking tab are controlled by the Outlook interface and are not customizable by design. There is currently no supported option to manually resize the columns or change the default width of the Name column.

Given that this is a product design limitation, the best path forward is to submit your feedback directly to the Outlook product team. Customer feedback is actively reviewed and helps influence future improvements and feature enhancements.

Please note that I am not involved in product design decisions and do not have direct access to the development roadmap, I want to assure you that your feedback has been acknowledged and is valued.

Thank you for your kindness and understanding!
