Sending, receiving, and organizing email in Outlook.com
I did try adding the IP address to a rule but it wouldn't accept it. I don't know anyone who uses Microsoft 365 so I don't really care if that whole domain is blocked - I use a different yahoo mail for anything I think may result in junk mail (online shopping/inquiries, etc) so my outlook as my primary email for friends and specific businesses I am VERY familiar with, has very limited use.
I do not recall seeing onmicrosoft.com in any of the addresses in the message source readouts... there are multiple addresses however, as it's been relayed through so many different other places. I just know the last one that is actually in the header in my email does not able to be blocked, redirected or anything (it does go to the junk folder but I don't want it showing up at all). I have reported the same exact email addresses HUNDREDS of times and nothing is working in outlook to block them or report them as phishing. Always the exact same emails. There are a lot of "Cross tenant" things listed for each of these spam/junk mails, as well.
And again, there are those two that mysteriously showed up in my "contacts" list that I didn't add myself. I have no idea how they got on my list or when or where they came from but I suspect they are the reason I'm getting these spam and junk mails. I am not able to delete or block them - I've tried everything under the sun.
