Stop Clips/Recordings from Saving to "OneDrive" Folder?

• Windows 11 Home, Version25H2, OS build 26200.8894
• 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
• OneDrive has been uninstalled using WinScript
• Screen clips and sound recordings save automatically to the [user]/OneDrive folder, and I'd like them to save to the local user folder ([user]/Photos/Screenshots or [user]/Documents/Sound Recorder). (Actually I'd like screen clips to not be saved at all, but I'll accept just moving it to local if that's all I can do.)
• Because OneDrive is not installed, the files are not actually being saved in OneDrive cloud, just in the [user]/OneDrive/[Photos/Documents]/[Screenshots/Sound Recorder] folders. Most suggestions I've seen are about using OneDrive settings, but OneDrive is not installed at all on my laptop now.
• I've tried looking for settings for the Sound Recorder app, but nothing appears to choose how to change the default save folder.
• I've tried deleting the Sound Recorder folder in the [user]/OneDriver folder as well, but Windows recreates the subfolders.

Click your Start Button, type regedit and hit Enter to open the Registry Editor.

Click View and make sure 'Address Bar' is turned on.

Paste this into the Address Bar at the top and hit Enter.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders
