End my subscription and refund my fee

Need to cancel my account, but cannot remember what e-mail address I have been using.In 2024 I paid my fee with this identification: * PII REMOVED *

I have been charged 91 euro for the coming period., and I want to have it repaid!

Open Word.

Go to File - Account.

On that window, you should see the Email address of the Microsoft account used for the Microsoft 365 subscription.

Are you then able to use the steps provided on this link to cancel the Microsoft 365 subscription.
