Hi, I changed my Xbox gamertag from <PII removed> to <PII removed>. On [account.xbox.com/profile] it shows <PII removed>, but the Xbox app and Minecraft Bedrock still show <PII removed>. I’ve already signed out and back in, verified I’m using the correct Microsoft account, and waited more than 48 hours. Can you check if my Xbox Live profile is out of sync?

    Hi Carl,

The Xbox app still shows**<PII removed>**, while the Xbox website shows glimberry. Minecraft Bedrock also shows <PII removed>. I don’t have another Xbox game to test.

    Hi Carl,

The Xbox app still shows my old gamertag, PII removed, while [account.xbox.com/profile] shows <PII removed>

Minecraft Bedrock also shows <PII removed>.

I don’t have another Xbox game to test at the moment. Based on what I’m seeing, the Xbox app and Minecraft are both using the old gamertag, while the website shows the new one.
