All pages from my website suddenly disappeared from Bing Search

Hello,

All pages from plix.gg suddenly disappeared from Bing at approximately 22:00 UTC on July 22, including the homepage.

The site is still being crawled heavily by Microsoft. Cloudflare recorded around 138,000 Microsoft requests in the last 24 hours, with approximately 137,000 allowed requests, so Bing can access the site normally.

I did not make any major changes before this happened. The entire domain simply disappeared from Bing Search at once.

I have already opened ticket [Moderator note: PII removed] ( I do not expect any response I have created ticket for another domain 1 month ago and still not did get any response at all). Could someone please investigate what happened? When I do url inspection, it returns that page is indexed even trought its not.
This is especially frustrating because people searching specifically for plix.gg now get no results at all. Brand searches are important in the gaming industry, where users commonly search for a website by name instead of entering the URL directly.

    Hi Jan Krenek,

Please note that our forum is a public platform, and we will modify your question to hide personal information in the description. Kindly ensure that you hide such details the next time you post to protect personal data.

I understand how frustrating and confusing it is when your homepage and previously indexed pages suddenly disappear from Bing search results all at once, despite Bing continuing to crawl the site and URL Inspection reporting indexed. This does seem more complicated than a normal crawling or accessibility issue, and it's reasonable to request investigation.

That said, one thing I need to clarify is that Microsoft Q&A is unfortunately just a user-to-user support forum, focused on providing guidance for technical issues. Contributors here, just like you, do not have access to back-end system and cannot escalate to any internal teams for investigation. Opening support ticket is the correct escalation path.

I do know that previous attempt of yours has ended up being (seemingly) unsuccessful, but Bing Webmaster Support is the only team that can investigate a Bing Search disappearance situation. Please try continuing to update your existing support ticket with any additional evidence, such as example queries, the screenshots above (if haven't), and any other relevant observations.

If the ticket is still getting no traction, though not recommended, you might need to start another one. Sign into Webmaster Support - Bing Webmaster Tools and click Raise support request. This time, try a workaround by submitting the new ticket under Bing Webmaster Tool Related > Other category and explicitly requesting an engineer in the text > wait for the team to reach out.

Note: This tip was shared by a community member and not guaranteed to work. They were able to receive a UCM ticket assigned to a Global Support Webmaster Engineer.

Given that the entire domain was affected at roughly the same time, this is likely something that requires review from the backend. I hope the support team can identify the cause and provide an update for your situation!
