Good morning. I'm writing from company Netmind SLU (B59197970) because we're trying to access the "https://login.microsoftonline.com/[Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed] We can't access because it's linked to [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed] @netmind.es, and we recently changed our domain to [Moderator note: Personally Identifiable Information removed] @bts.com. Could you please help us with this?

    Hi,

Based on your description, there are a few possible scenarios:

    • If your Microsoft 365 tenant is still the same and only the users’ sign-in domain was changed from @netmind.es to @bts.com, please try signing in with the updated @bts.com account. You can also try signing in through https://portal.office.com or by using your tenant’s *.onmicrosoft.com domain if available.
    • If the bts.com domain has not yet been added and verified in your Microsoft 365 tenant, a Global Administrator will first need to add and verify the domain before users can sign in with @bts.com.
    • If you no longer have access to any Global Administrator account after the domain change, this becomes an administrator recovery scenario. In that case, Microsoft Support will need to verify tenant ownership and help restore administrator access.

Could you let me know which of the above matches your situation?

Also, what is the exact error message you receive when trying to sign in with the @bts.com account? A screenshot of the error page would also be helpful.
