Hi Martyn Oakley,
If you've moved premises and can no longer receive a verification PIN at the old address, try signing in to your Bing Places for Business account and checking whether alternative verification methods (such as phone or email) are available.
If the only verification option is a mailed PIN to the previous address, you'll need to contact Bing Places Support and explain that the business has relocated and you no longer have access to the old location. Support may be able to help you re-verify the listing and update the address.
- Signing in to your Bing Places for Business account at Bing Places for Business
- Click the three dots next to your account icon and select Help.
- Navigate to Contact Support in the left-hand menu.
It's also a good idea to have documentation ready that shows ownership of the business and the new business address, as this may be requested during the verification process.
