I took the PL-300 test but the the first question itself was blocked and i couldnt see my question. At that moment, i couldnt see the answer and i do not know where to get help. So i took my phone to take photo as a proof to clarified that I am not purposely doing so. However, after a few days, i received news saying that I violated some rules. I didnt attempt a single question and They claimed I violated the rules without giving a second chance.

You should NEVER try and even reach for your phone unless your proctor tells you to. It will result in an immediate termination of your exam.
