Logged into MS account; Devices are not loading to obtain BitLocker recovery key

I am in need of my BitLocker recovery key to startup my HP Omen 16 laptop after installing a 2nd NVME SSD. I am fully logged into my MS account, and all my account details such as Payment, Security, etc. load successfully. However, Devices will not load. Because I cannot get Devices to load, I can't request the BitLocker recovery key. Is there a problem with Devices?

If your drive is encrypted with Bitlocker, the only place the Bitlocker Recovery key is automatically stored is on the associated Microsoft account on the link below to bypass the Devices tab on your online account, be sure to check any Microsoft account that may have been used on the PC and also any work or school account that may be linked to the PC.

(Note, even if your device does not show on the Microsoft account, the Bitlocker Recovery Key may still be available on this link)

Are you able to find the Bitlocker Recovery Key on any account that may have been used or linked to the laptop?

If not, do you have a safe backup of your files, or use a cloud service like OneDrive to sync your files online.

    Thank you!

Your Recovery Key link connected directly to the Omen laptop BitLocker data within my Microsoft account. Oddly, the Devices section is still just spinning, but the issue was unlocking the Omen, which is solved.
