Microsoft says my outlook account dosent exist and when i try to make a new account with the same name it say it dose exist?

1 day a few years ago like maybe 2 years ago i belive i got hacked or smth cuz i got signed out of my outlook account so that made me factory reset my pc but when i got back into my pc and i tried to log into my outlook account it said that it dident exist and i know i typed it right and everything so i went to try to make a new account with the same name and then it says it dose exist? so dose it exist or not? i kinda need to know so i can get into it and recover some passwords for games idk how to fix it and according to many websites none has seen this issue before i checked if it was blocked but i chouldent cuz microsoft said that they chouldent find my account so dose someone know how i can fix this?

    Based on your description and since you were suddenly signed out of your account, your Microsoft account was compromised. The hacker was able to remove the account's primary email address/security info and replace it with their own email address, which is why you received the error that your account doesn't exist when signing in.

    Since the security info has been replaced by the hacker, I'm afraid there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account, and Microsoft Support cannot help either.

    Also, since you mentioned that your email is an Outlook account (a Microsoft domain) that was removed by the hacker, unfortunately, it cannot be associated with any Microsoft account again, as stated in this article, particularly under the "Remove an email address" section: https://support.microsoft.com/Outlook/add-or-remove-an-email-alias-in-outlook-com
