Using older versions of Outlook for Mac for personal email and calendar
Hi,
Was this reflected in your account's order history?

If you have any other accounts or another family member's account, please check their order history. I also recommend checking the account you are currently using, if any, on your Microsoft 365 app. There is a possibility that you might have purchased the subscription on your other account.
If you have difficulty determining which account it was purchased from, please use the investigation tool.
Please go to your Microsoft account's Payment options page.
https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments
- Select Investigate beside the transaction section.
- Select or add the card and input the data required. (It does not require which account you use; any account is okay since it will only investigate any Microsoft transactions on your card)
- This will show you the purchase details from Microsoft, including the email address, subscription, and country/region where it was purchased.
If you have some difficulty with the above steps, you may also go to the article below to follow the detailed steps and images. Please note that the following article is in English, but it can be translated into your default language.
If you do not recognize the email address, please report this transaction as fraudulent to your bank and file a dispute. Your card might be compromised. It is recommended to freeze or lock your card immediately.
If this is your account, you will need to recover it yourself, as only you can manually cancel it. For security reasons, Microsoft Support cannot access or make changes to your account to protect it from unauthorized activity. Please recover your account by visiting the link provided.

If you prefer not to recover the account, you may contact your bank to stop the recurring billing from Microsoft. Another option is to freeze or lock your card and request a new one to prevent further charges.
If you need additional assistance, please let me know.
Stay Safe!
