Over the past week I've tried several ways to update my laptop, all reverting back to 23H2. I've tried updating through the Windows Update panel, Updating through troubleshooting, Creating an ISO to mount. I've run the the 'dism..' and 'sfc..' pair many times. I've tried to look at the install log files and they don't seem very useful to me (the error log file gives a dozen errors)
My first ISO install described above ended failing with the Windows Install Panel error message: 0xC1900101-0x40017
I tried updating my drivers through Windows and all seemed 'Up to date'. Completely useless since I can't use Windows update to check for me.
Finally, used HP to check my drivers and it found 3 that needed updating so did that. I don't have antivirus software that I know of and just a mouse attached to my machine on the ISO installs.
Tried the ISO install again(2nd time) and it hung overnight on a blank screen...turned off the computer the next morn & brought it back up again and it reverted back to 23H2. Windows 11 setup panel displayed the same error message as the first time: 0xC1900101-0x40017 (I saw chatter online that this might be some kind of display driver problem...sigh)
This morning I went to the Intel site and it found and updated my graphics/display card, mouse, and bluetooth drivers. I found I had malwarebytes still on the system and removed it.
Redownloaded the ISO install file and it still failed with 0xC1900101-0x40017
I am seriously at my wits end on this. I've looked at the setuperr.log and can share the entire file if needed. This is the first 8 lines:

When I searched for some of these errors, it seems like the install is being blocked, possibly, from the server? Is there a way to do an offline update? I'm sorry this isn't "brief" :/ If it matters, my computer is HP ENVY 360 running Windows 11 for a couple of years with no problem. Thanks.
