If I don't complete the activity described in the title, will I lose the "Mobile Streak" sequence? I'm on day three, tomorrow will be day four, and finally, Saturday will be day five. I'd also like to know how many points I'll earn after logging into the Xbox app tomorrow. The activity I'm referring to—called "Use Xbox App"—is part of the "Mobile Streak" sequence.

Please notes that Rewards activities and earning opportunities may be updated and availability can vary by account or region.

However, the official documentation does not specify whether skipping the separate 5-point “play for 15 minutes” activity will reset the “Use Xbox App” Mobile Streak, nor does it provide a fixed number of points for day four. To avoid losing the streak, please follow all requirements shown directly on the Use Xbox App streak card and make sure any available points are claimed in the Xbox app. The amount displayed on that card is the most accurate amount for your account.

If the streak does not advance after completing the displayed requirements or if you would like Microsoft to confirm how these two activities apply to your account, please contact Microsoft Rewards Support. Rewards Support can review account-specific tracking issues that cannot be checked through this user-to-user community.
