Please check system journal (in Event Viewer) for possible errors at these moments, especially Kernel-Power errors. DistributedCOM errors should be ignored.
Or save system journal to evtx file and share it to OneDrive for analysis.

My laptop has been crashing and rebooting randomly, sometimes multiple times in the same day, sometimes minutes apart from each other. It happens during normal use and also while idle. No clear pattern I can point to in terms of what I'm doing when it happens.
I've already done a clean Windows reinstall twice and updated every driver I could find, and the problem persists.
I'll post a link to my dump files on OneDrive in a follow-up comment in case it helps with the investigation.
Honestly, I'm out of ideas on how to fix this on my end. Any guidance, workaround, or confirmation that this is being tracked internally would be appreciated.

Please start with memory testing using Windows memory diagnostic tool (http://hs.windows.microsoft.com/hhweb/content/m-en-us/p-6.2/id-4edd5f80-def2-4d32-965c-116d49fb9872/ ) and switch it to extended mode when it starts (F1 key). Note, test hang at ~21% for more than 5-8 hours means memory error too.

2026-07-27T18:10:44.6833333+00:00 I ran the test, and it froze at exactly 21% after more than 8 hours. It stayed there overnight without making any progress. Does that point to a memory issue?
Another thing I discovered while testing the laptop is that the Power Mode seems to have a big impact on the crashes. When I set it to Power Efficiency, the crashes become much less frequent. Sometimes it crashes once, and other times it doesn't crash at all.
When I switch to Balanced, it tends to crash more often, although it's still less frequent than before. But when I set it to Best Performance, it crashes constantly, just like it did before.
Do you think these two things could be related?
