How do I obtain a 2023 Secure Boot Certificate for a BIOS that is not being provided by OEM or Microsoft updates. Dell Inspiron 27 7777

Unfortunately, as per https://www.dell.com/support/kbdoc/en-us/000378734/microsoft-2011-secure-boot-certificates-expiration-for-out-of-scope-platforms-for-bios-updates you cannot manually inject or download a standalone 2023 Secure Boot Certificate file for an unsupported consumer motherboard if the OEM (Dell) and Microsoft do not provide it. For legacy devices like the Dell Inspiron 27 7777 that are out of scope for BIOS updates, the system will continue to boot normally using existing functions, but it won't receive newer 2023 certificate additions.
