Unable to Purchase Minecraft Gift Due to Payment Error

Hello,

I am trying to purchase Minecraft as a gift for a friend, but every payment method I use is being rejected.

I have tried three different bank cards, including prepaid cards, as well as PayPal. Each time, I receive the following error message:

“We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out. Get more info.”

All of my payment details are correct, the cards have sufficient funds, and the payment methods work normally for other purchases. I have also tried repeating the purchase several times, but the same error continues to appear.

Could you please check whether there is a restriction or problem with my Microsoft account or the Minecraft gift purchase system? I would appreciate your help in resolving this so I can complete the purchase.

Please let me know if you need my account email, screenshots of the error, the approximate purchase time, or any other information.

Kind regards,

Pedro Ramos

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies, logging out and logging in again on Microsoft Store, and using different devices, as these steps may help resolve temporary browser-related issues that could be interfering with payment processing.

Also, ensure that your payment methods are up to date and have no restrictions imposed by your bank.

If the issue persists, you will need to contact Microsoft Billing Support for further assistance, as they have the tools and resources to properly investigate this case:

    https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=S.HP.SmcContactUsLanding

Type "Billing issue" > click "Get Help" > Scroll down to Sign in to Contact Support > Microsoft 365 and Office > Billing and Payment Updates > Confirm > Chat with a support agent in your web browser

Thank you for your understanding! Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Best regards,

    Darhyl
