Being charged for a company account when i am a sole trader and use my personal account

Good morning

Microsoft is trying to bill be $208 for my company Eight Six Six Pty Ltd when I am a sole trader and use my personal account and happy to pay that annual subscription

I have blocked one payment, yet microsoft keeps on send emails asking me to pay

Can anyone help as you cannot contact Microsoft
