Hi

I work with Tenant Inc, we are a SaaS company for Storage Companies. We want to look into setting up Fabric within our Tenant Warehouse. Is there a support team that can meet to answer some questions and help us set things up? We've tried following the help documentation but it wasn't much help. Could we please meet with a SME on Fabric?

Regards,

Anthony Rivera

    Hello Anthony Rivera,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A and thank you for posting your questions here.

I understand that you would like to know how you can connect Fabric to our Microsoft Account.

I think this is an onboarding and architecture request: I will advice you to engage your Microsoft Account Executive or Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM), your Microsoft Solutions Partner, or Microsoft Unified Support (if available) and request a Microsoft Fabric Advisory or architecture engagement. If you do not have these channels, submit a support request through the Microsoft 365 Admin Center (or Azure support if your subscription is managed there) and specify that you require implementation and architecture guidance for Microsoft Fabric, not a break/fix incident. Before the engagement, ensure your organization has a Microsoft Entra ID tenant, Microsoft Fabric is enabled, the appropriate Fabric licensing or capacity is available, and prepare details about your existing data platform, security requirements, and business objectives so the Microsoft team can provide a tailored deployment plan.

Use the following resources for additional guidance:

I hope this is helpful. Please! Do not hesitate to let me know if you have any other questions, steps or clarifications.

To connect Fabric to your microsoft account, you need an active microsoft 365/AAD tenant with fabric enabled (via trial or paid capacity) and appropriate permissions (typically admin or Fabric capacity assignment). Since you are evaluating setup within your SaaS env, the fastest path is to engage microsoft directly through your account team or partner channel request a Fabric specialist via your microsoft representative or raise a support ticket in the Microsoft Azure Portal under “Help+Support” to get routed to a subject matter expert; if you have a Unified/Enterprise support plan, you can request an advisory session or FastTrack assistance, which is specifically designed to guide onboarding, architecture, and initial setup.
