My wife can no longer access Office Suite through my MS 365 Family Plan. I have shared it with her. The error code is 0x0

    Carl, this error is typically on macOS. Can you tell me if that's the case? If so, what macOS version is she using?

    Hello, good day and thanks for your question. Sorry to know about and I understand that you have encountered an issue with regards to the Microsoft 365 Family for your wife.

    May I check and confirm on which device your wife is using Microsoft 365?

    Also, is the error code appearing before or after opening any app for Microsoft 365?
