AI Skills Fest 2026 – Completed Playlist and Submitted Voucher Claim but Did Not Receive Pearson Voucher or Credly Badge

Hello Microsoft Team,

I participated in Microsoft AI Skills Fest 2026 and completed the required playlist with 100% progress.

I also submitted the certification voucher claim form before the deadline using the same Microsoft Learn account.

However, I have not received:

• The Pearson VUE certification voucher.

• The AI Skills Fest Credly badge.

I have already checked my Inbox, Spam, and Promotions folders and did not receive any email from Pearson or Credly.
