Clipchamp has problems with the output sound from the exported video

There are problems with the output sound from the exported video. The imported video's sound quality is working well, but the sound quality in the exported video has these unwanted sounds that sometimes clash with the original audio. I tried downloading in a different resolution and using a tablet, but those unwanted sounds are still there. The problem is not with the video recorder, the desktop or the tablet, is the exported audio quality that is poor. I tried contacting Clipchamp Support for assistance twice, and they haven't gotten back. I really need Clipchamp for my video content creation, please help.

    Hello WJ Teng,

I understand that the audio sounds normal in the Clipchamp preview, but unwanted sounds are introduced after export, even at different resolutions and on another device.

Please note that this is a user-to-user forum, so contributors cannot inspect the project or review the export process directly. Before contacting support again, please try these checks:

    1. Create a copy of the project, then export a short section where the unwanted sound occurs. If the short export is also affected, remove any audio fades, transitions, noise suppression, or overlapping audio tracks from that section and test again.
    2. If the project contains several audio sources, temporarily mute them one at a time. This can help identify whether one particular track or media file is involved.
    3. Test the copied project in a different Clipchamp environment. If you used the Windows app, open the personal version in an updated Microsoft Edge or Chrome browser. If you used a browser, test the Windows app instead.
    4. If one source file appears to be involved, convert it to a fresh MP4 or supported audio file, replace the original in the copied project, and export again. Clipchamp’s export guidance also recommends converting suspected input media when a particular file may be affecting the output.

If the unwanted sounds remain, contact Clipchamp Support again and include the project name, the exact timestamps where the sounds occur, the input file formats, and a short affected export. For personal Clipchamp accounts, support may request the project media for analysis.

You can also review Exporting from Clipchamp troubleshooting and the Clipchamp support hub.

I hope isolating the affected section helps identify the source of the exported audio problem.
