New Account Blocked - Reactivation Process

Hi, I recently made a new Microsoft account in order to purchase a second copy of Minecraft: Java Edition, as that is the only way to create a secondary Minecraft account. I played on both my main account, associated with my existing Microsoft account, and my new account, associated with my new Microsoft account for about two days, using the Minecraft Launcher's 'Switch Account' feature to alternate between the two accounts. Today, I was suddenly unable to log in using my new Microsoft account, and when I tried to prove I am a human by logging in online, I got stuck on the captcha where you have to press and hold a button. Even though I held down the button and got a check mark, I was stuck on the same page. As such, I filled out the Account Reactivation form, and I'm currently waiting on a response.

Has anyone been through this process? I'm not sure what sort of additional information I may be asked to provide. I don't have a phone number connected to my new Microsoft account, and I used the email one-time codes for secure logins. I do have access to the email address connected to the account, and I can prove that I bought Minecraft on that account, but I'm not sure how else to prove, well, that I'm real, and that it's a legitimate account.

    Hello Alex M,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Before we proceed further, may I know what it says when you try to switch to your secondary account? Additionally, can you please try to redo the sign in using InPrivate tab?

    I'm waiting for your reply.
