Redeeming points sends me to a link for bing which I already have.

I’m using bing and I’ve also tried to do it through safari, chrome, and google app. I’ve also tried clearing history, cookies, and signing out as well as deleting and reinstalling bing phone number option says it’s not available

If the phone number verification still doesn't work, you can redeem your Microsoft Rewards points using a QR scanner and the Bing app on your phone instead.

Once you have them, please redeem your rewards by following the instructions under "Verify with the Bing app" > Scan the QR code to open the Bing app and proceed with the verification > Sign in to the Bing app on your phone and provide the 6-character codes from your Microsoft Rewards redeem page. > Once it's done, your redemption will be verified.
