How to get certificate ID for AB-730

Question

I recently cleared the AB-730 certification exam and can see the badge on Microsoft Learn. However, I have not received any email confirmation or certificate ID for the certification.

Could you please guide me on how to obtain the certificate ID and the best way to share the certification details?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Certifications can be found on Microsoft Learn under https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/credentials/?tab=credentials-tab

You can no longer download certificates, you need to view, print, and save as PDF https://learn.microsoft.com/credentials/certifications/cred-share-validate

For AB-730, the certificate and transcript are accessed from the Certification Dashboard.

1. Open the Certification Dashboard from Access your Certification Dashboard.
2. In the Certificates section, select View Certificates.
3. Select the earned certificate to preview it, or download it.
4. In the Transcript section, select View Transcript.
   • Use PDF to download a copy.
   • Use Email to send a copy.
   • Use Share to generate a transcript ID, create an access code, and get a shareable URL that others can use to verify the transcript.

For sharing:

• Use the badge on Microsoft Learn for social or professional profiles.
• Use the transcript share option when a verifier needs official certification details.
• Certificates can also be downloaded from the dashboard.

If the certificate is not visible yet:

• Confirm that the credential requirements for AB-730 were fully completed.
• Make sure the correct Microsoft Learn profile is being used.
• If multiple Learn profiles exist, sign in with any other account that may have been used during exam registration.
• For additional help with missing credentials, contact Microsoft Credentials Support.
