If the exam was missed, it is treated as a no-show unless it was rescheduled or canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment.

For GH-300, the supported next steps are:

1. Check whether the appointment can still be managed in the exam system:
   • Sign in to the Learn profile.
   • Open Profile from the avatar menu.
   • Go to Credentials > Certifications.
   • Find the exam appointment and select Cancel or Reschedule if those options are still available.
   • This redirects to the exam delivery provider site.
2. If the exam time has already passed, the appointment cannot be self-service rescheduled under the 24-hour policy.
