Hi @Hesham ElHamahmy,
Thank you for posting your question to the Microsoft Q&A forum.
If your organization's OneDrive storage limit has been increased to 5 TB, but your personal OneDrive storage quota still shows 1 TB, you will need to contact Microsoft Support and raise a support ticket to have your account reviewed for eligibility for the 5 TB storage upgrade.
The support team can verify whether your account meets the requirements for the increased storage allocation and check if there are any issues preventing the updated quota from being applied.

If you are a Microsoft 365 administrator, you can create a support request from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. If you are not an administrator, please contact your organization's Microsoft 365 admin and ask them to open a support ticket on your behalf.
The Global Admin should create a service request with Microsoft support to get advanced technical assistance and diagnostics. For detailed instructions on how to get support, please refer to Get support - Microsoft 365 admin.
If you’re unsure who the Global Admin is within your organization, you can find guidance on locating them here: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support.
I hope this information helps. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please let me know.
Thank you for your patience and understanding. I look forward to your update.
