unable to view email in yahoo box

I can access emails, but cannot view or print them. Pleas advise

    Hi,

    May I ask if you are using Outlook Web? If so, have you tried clearing your cache or using another browser?

    If the issue persists, try using a new Outlook for Windows and see if you can view and print from it.

    Try opening the email in an incognito/private window, disabling browser extensions, clearing the cache, or using a different browser/device. If it’s work/school email, your admin may have restricted "view" or "print" access. For more troubleshooting steps:
