May I ask what error you received, if any?
May I ask if you have your 25-character product key?
If you have it, please go to microsoft365.com/setup and sign in with an existing or new Microsoft account, and then enter your product key to redeem. It should direct you to install the MS 365 app or go to the link below.
https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps
Then activate your license on the MS 365 app by signing in to your account where you add your MS 365 subscription.
