Latest Microsoft update has buggered Excel and Word in my Microsoft365 account.

I have a Microsoft 365 Family account. Now I can't use Excel or Word as they cannot be updated. The terms and conditions of my account say I can use them for as long as my subscription lasts and it doesn't end until October 26. Can I get help with this? The email with instructions on how to fix this is as clear as mud to me.

    You posted to the Windows forum, are you using the Office apps on a Windows device, or if you are affected by the July 13 update, are you using the Office apps on an Apple Mac computer?

    If you are using the Office apps on a PC, please provide a screenshot of any error you are seeing.

    If you are using the Office apps on an Apple Mac, at the top left of your Desktop, click the Apple icon and select 'About this Mac', what version of MacOS is installed on your computer?
