CRITICAL: OneDrive Point-in-time restore request ignored for a month (Ticket #PII removed)

Hello,

I urgently need help from a Microsoft Agent. I accidentally deleted my Desktop folder on June 16 and filed a support request on June 22 within the 14-day window for a server-side Point-in-time restore (I have a Microsoft 365 Personal subscription).

My ticket number is #PII removed.

It has been a month and email support is completely unresponsive, even after I followed instructions from chat agent Richard (Ref: PII removed) to escalate the case. I am terrified of permanently losing my personal data due to Microsoft Support's delay.

Could a moderator please check the status of my ticket and escalate it to the Tier 2/Tier 3 Data Recovery team immediately? Thank you.
