I bought Microsoft office professional key(one time purchase) from online store after checking from Microsoft support it results in volume product not a consumer product .Now which option is to validate it. Please help as i have bought it now.

    Hello

    When you said online store - you meant third party one, right? Not the Microsoft online store, right?

    I need to see what type of volume license you have. Can you please type cmd in the search on the taskbar and hit enter to launch command prompt, then run the following command: 

    slmgr /dlv

    Then share a screenshot please. Thanks!

    Volume license products cannot legally be sold to consumers for home use. You have to contact the third-party store and request your money back.
