My admin account has disappeared !

After I created an admin account and purchased Microsoft 365 Business Standard with Copilot, I successfully connected to the domain - the admin account simply disappeared! I requested a call from support, which came through, a case was logged, and I received an email.

After that, nobody has invited me, and this email seems suspicious to me.

Can somebody help me ???
